How To Create a Ticket

There are times that creating tickets will be so helpful in order to submit your issues or problems to the administrators. Follow the steps below to create and submit a ticket.

  • Go to dashboard and check the menu of the website and you will see Tickets
  • Click on the tickets and you will see subjects.
  • Click on that subject first option you see to display all other subject options.
  • Choose the subject where you problem lies
  • Also click on the request to select the request you wish to send.
  • Describe your problem and send.
  • For multiple orders, separate them with commas(,)
  • If your issues is not in any of them, Select Others, Put the subject of the ticket and explain briefly your issues or problems
  • Then hit the Create Button and check back from time to time for reply and solution.

N/B

After Submitting your ticket, you exercise patience and wait cause due to heavy and large number of users and traffic, we might take some time to reply you but not much time. Wait between 1hr to 24hrs maximum to get a reply to your ticket. Depending on the traffic at that time but won’t be more than 24 hours without replying anyone’s ticket. Thanks all.
